Orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service. Large items will be shipped by truck freight via Overnite Transportation, R& L Carriers, UPS Freight, Fed-ex Freight or Beaver Express. These items will be identified by the "Special Shipping" notation in the item description. Truck freight prices have changed drastically with the price of fuel, please call or email for a quote. A charge of $30.00 will be added for a shipment to a residence.

Damages in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Inspect your items before signing freight bill, damage must be noted on the freight bill to receive credit. Fill out damage report with driver. Notify us of the damages, in most cases, the carrier will send someone to pick up the damaged freight. We will then replace the damaged parts.

Returns-Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a part, return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund for the cost of the part, less shipping cost. Receipt must accompany return. Returns without a valid reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refund on electrical items, literature or special ordered parts. All parts must be in original condition and packaging when returned. No refunds on shipping charges.
